Nymans House and Gardens

A garden lovers' home for all seasons, with an extensive yet intimate garden set around a romantic house and ruins. Situated to the east of the village of Handcross. The garden was developed, starting in the late 19th century.



The wild botanic garden on the High Weald of West Sussex has over 500 acres of beautiful ornamental gardens, woodlands and a nature reserve. Wakehurst is also home to the Millennium Seed Bank, the largest wild seed conservation project in the world.


Petworth Park and House

Visit the imposing 17th-century mansion and discover a treasure house filled with an internationally important art and sculpture collection. The 700 acre parkland surrounding the house is home to a herd of around 700 fallow deer.


St Mary's House, Bramber

An enchanting historic 15th century timber-framed house, with magnificent gardens, and charming cottage-style tea rooms, in the picturesque award-winning downland village of Bramber.


Parham House and Gardens

Idyllically set in the heart of an ancient deer park, below the South Downs, the Elizabethan house contains an important collection of needlework, paintings and furniture. Parham is a well-loved family home, now owned by a charitable trust, the house is lived in by Lady Emma Barnard, her husband James and their family.
