"We had an amazing weekend. The house is beautiful set in wonderful grounds. Eleanor was really welcoming and has thought of everything for the house, there was even a lovely welcome hamper filled with yummy local produce. There are so many walks to choose from and great places to eat and drink locally. We all totally relaxed in the amazing setting, will definitely be back. "

"Our family had a wonderful week at the end of August at East Lodge Cottage. The setting is superb with huge private areas of glorious woodland to explore. The cottage is extremely well equipped, well maintained and I really could not fault anything. We will definitely return!"

“Eleanor was amazing -quick easy check in. She let us have total privacy but was on hand if needed. The lodge was so clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Lovely welcome hamper and a beautiful house and estate with some lovely walks. Could not get my 20 year old daughter off the swing by the lake for an hour- such good fun- I think as adults we forget simple pleasures like being pushed high on a swing.”
